Pros
Flat Structure - Open door policy from line managers to CEO. Learning Opportunities - Small company where you learn everything about how the company operates and how it is structured, with opportunities to learn about different departments that you don't get in larger organisations. Job Autonomy - No Micromanagement of tasks, left to work in your own way as long as jobs get done. Job Progression - Culture of internal promotion. Good Pension contribution. Experienced staff that are always willing to assist. Flexible working arrangements - WFH vs Working in office. Good Company culture - All working in the same direction. Location - Very Central and easily accessible with transport. Education - Reimbursement for exams / courses once passed and reimbursement of institutional membership fees (IOB).
Cons
Not many cons that would prevent me from working here outside of general frustrations that lie in any company/role.
