A culture of nepotism - stay far away

Pros

The company is pretty open minded about working from home flexibility.

Cons

Narcissistic management culture - management treats like work is high school. There are the popular kids and the unpopular kids, the popular kids get six figure salaries and yearly promotions. The unpopular kids get run out after 1-2 years of grueling, thankless work.

Pros

Working from home is great. Pay was also decent.

Cons

Many times executives get trashed. I know of one specifically who almost killed herself driving home drunk from a work function. Very unprofessional environment and the only way to succeed is to kiss butt. Has nothing to do with work ethic or bottom dollars added to the company, which is sad because up until a few years ago, that was not the case with this company.
