Junior Sales

Pros

The coworkers are great. They are trustworthy, dependable people, and are a lot of fun to be around. While I worked there, the office generally had a very laid back feel - no suits and ties, unless noted. Smaller company, which leads to closer relationships within the office.

Cons

Management was not always clear on job expectations. It was clear that some employee's were treated more favorably than others at times. Pay is less than competitive and bonus/commission structure at Junior level does not make up for low salary. Job description tends to change rather quickly, making transitions that are sometimes difficult.

Pros

Excellent training and good support from the team during the training process when joining as a sales associate. Team is friendly and likes to connect. At the time I worked there the position was remote and supplied all necessary technology to set up at home to you.

Cons

Low pay for the workload Difficulty with hiring new staff and old staff leaving added additional stress Lack of understanding of workload from management Loss of additional benefits when the company was acquired by Alera Group. When I was hired, they said you got a free gym membership to your choice of gym and a number of other nice perks, but none were actually offered once I was on the team.
