Money is good if you can stomach a scammy owner.

Cons

Owner won't pay you if he doesn't have money and scams all his business by pretending to do something he doesn't do. Scam from top to bottom. Jantzen started years ago under the name "Unsecured Business Funding", then went to "Direct Business Lending", now he's re-started under a new name of "Assist Business Capital". When will the scamming end?

Great question. I cant think of anything.

Cons

Too many to list, un truthful practices by management including fabricating actual close numbers put out by sales people. A really cramped and stinky builiding to work in, etc.

Pros

Good training, nice break room! Talking to clients is also fun. I learn a lot from them.

Cons

The sell does not feel right. It is a great idea but DBL can sell, sell, sell then forget about clients! They use stall tactics to keep clients hopeful. No transparency. This company is not going to succeed with more sales. Most of my inbound calls are mad clients, forgotten wanting to cancel. It feels bad to hear this daily.
