Located in wine country. Opportunity to learn how not to lead an organization by an Executive Staff.
Cons
The worse executive management team (both new and old) to have worked under . The Executive Staff's self proclamations to their abilities to lead the company were extremely annoying. The Staff led the company to a recapitalization, diluting the company to worthless, unable to build value into the business. They failed to understand the market and worse of all understand the product. Was sad to see organization driven hard by Executive Staff that could not lead.
