Pros

I looked hard but couldn't find any

Cons

I wanted to stay positive and think it was temporary but from the day I started till the day I left, there was growing chaos, burning fires, poor communication and no respect from management whatsoever. The U.S. offices consist primarily of a few Project Managers and an army of Sales Reps. There was literally no HR, no marketing, no accounting, no finance who would run the business as they should. As a Project Manager, I was overworked with my job responsibilities growing weekly and dozens of odd tasks thrown on my plate. Add to this arrogance of the senior leadership, multiple unexpected fires and no surprise even the brightest of the employees started to feel burned out with no light inside. To summarize and keep it short, I would not recommend anyone to work for this company or trust any positive reviews left here.

Direct Line Development Response

Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that you left with such a negative impression, as we strive to maintain high employee satisfaction rates! That being said, we would like to respectfully point to several factual inaccuracies in your review: the company does have a part-time HR and uses recruiting companies. As a digital marketing company, we certainly have numerous marketing professionals, and we do have accountants as well a CPA. Once again, Thank you for taking the time to leave Direct Line Development a review!

Pros

Friendly environment and interesting products. Not a routine kind of job , you do something new and find out about new clients with every new project. Convenient office location, coffee and tea.

Cons

I wish there were more trainings for new employees. Other than that, can't name any, if you like the industry and want to learn and grow, that's a great place to be!

Pros

Great culture, friendly and helpful employees. The company is rapidly growing and offering opportunities for their employees to grow. Flexible workflow, work from home after approved request. They listen to their staff and try to implement necessary changes. NO micro-management!

Cons

The company is growing very fast and there is a need for better training workflow. But, in my experience, they are very open and will listen to your suggestions.
