      Most coworkers are a pleasure to work with.

      Bad management based mainly on miscommunication or lack of communication between departments. (Wrong equipment ordered, wrong installation instructions, falsely providing employees with high expectations, unreasonable deadlines thereby causing mistakes and cutting corners, bad morale, etc.)
