Flexible work schedule
Good work/life balance
Decent people
Cons
Everyone is complacent within the company -- company culture of if it ain't broke, don't fix it (even if they've been doing the same thing for the last 20 years). I tried coming up with ideas to improve certain processes, and was ignored, and told to leave "well enough alone"
Very little development opportunity
Compensation could be better. I had been promised increased commission % if I hit a certain goal, and when that time came, it was ignored
