I am not having pleasant experience working for this company.I would never recommend this organisation as your future employer.I have listed Pros and Cons below.

Pros
1) Experience in Payment industry. 2) As there are no process in place we have freedom to do work the way we want.
Cons
1) Lack of training. 2) Chaotic work environment. 3) Miscommunication between different departments. 4) Poor salary compared to market rate. 5) It is not fun work environment as colleagues are not so social and friendly. 6) They treat you like resource than a person. 7) Many disgruntled former employees.
