Pros

Enjoyable coworkers (who also left)

Cons

Lack of diversity, cronyism, compensation structure designed to make the top partners richer *please note that the only reason they have a 4.5 on here is because when they get a low review they ask the whole company to come and leave a 5 star one

Pros

They've hired some great people

Cons

There is a culture and expectation of long days/late hours with no overtime pay or really any incentive to do so, rather an expectation from your boss/peers. They intentionally hire recent grads willing to do anything for a pathetic base salary, while dangling a carrot of below market value commissions, which you're not likely to see because you're constantly starting recruitment searches from scratch across the country. All the while, management will block any professional advancement for its underlings because they're the ones profiting most from their team's success. Also, I didn't see ONE person of color during my brief time there. They consider ED&I hiring a woman. There are so many shady business dealings at this company "behind the curtain" like still having to pay off a raisining former CEO who will refer to the female employees as "sweetheart." And don't even think about going to HR because she has no HR designation or background and is essentially there to tow the company line. Laughable.

Pros

Rewarding work Fulfilling You will learn discipline. You will learn salesmanship. You will learn how to face adversity Commission is amazing when it comes in

Cons

Prepare to lose sleep some nights because of the suffering you’ll go through Micromanagement is through the roof You can’t do what you want without a manager or partner telling you what’s right or wrong Integration with parent and sister companies was very sloppy If you want to get a raise, you won’t be able to Dan Charney is the best thing to ever happen to this company.
