Pros

They allow you to run the business like it's yours and not intervene too much if you're hitting your numbers.

Cons

No direction, extremely inconsistent with policies, no training procedures, upper management and marketing is running it into the ground. Nobody will give true opinions because of the atmosphere and full of "yes men."

Supportive team, great people, very encouraging.

Cons

No one seems to have any idea what they are doing, and micro-manage in the extreme. To wit: to change a missed punch requires the intervention of a District Manager, two levels of management above a store manager. Sales are all handled by corporate, but handled inconsistently. Corporate office spams the sales outlets all-day long with emails, and buries important info in absolutely unimportant emails. Policy changes at least monthly, in ways that do not make sense.

Relaxed dress code, jeans and polo style shirt

Cons

Salary position, ended up working 55+ hours only getting paid for 40. Little communication from management No training Everyone is expendable, fires hard working employees without reason and promotes un-qualified persons.
