      Has combined with their joint venture llc and now are subsidiaries of their main holding company. Flex hours, make your own schedule and innovation is cultivated.

      Cons

      How much you make is entirely contingent on you; it's the small-business environment in which a day you do work is a day you get paid and vice versa.

      Very unorthodox yet quite honestly brilliant chief executive. Company has huge potential for growth, objectively ingenious and tactical CEO.

      Managing the finances becomes at times more difficult than it should have been, largely due to the work-in-progress organization of administrative overhead.
