      Flexible Work environment, Casual Dress.

      Cons

      Stagnant environment, Most employees have not seen a raise for years. Management does not accept critisim. Owners are looking to retire not looking to grow or continue the business. Those that have any feedback that is not what is "expected" find themselves micromanaged and criticised by the CEO until they leave. Diversity is non-existent. Every bottleneck can be traced back to an owner or the CEO.
