      Pros

      Excellent work environment, Flexibility, Promotes Healthy Lifestyle & Great Benefits.

      Cons

      Not sure why all the negative reviewers would stay at Dirxion for 8,10 years plus if Sales, Nepotism, Lack of Leadership, etc... were issues. Your job search should have started years ago!

      Pros

      Continuous ownership from day one has kept the company from varying off track. Settling for status quo for the product offerings is not an option.

      Cons

      I would encourage others to work in a more corporate environment first to fully appreciate the environment they work in.

      The chance to do real software engineering that includes Design, coding, Testing and Deployment of Systems. Hands on for all aspects of a system life-cycle. Sys Admin, DBA, Programming, HA & DR.

      Cons

      Communication between Sales and Development around priorities could be better.
