      It’s a work from home position

      They micro manage you and there’s like 8 different softwares you have to work with. Very tedious work for every call , too little pay

      Room for advancement is available.

      Training could be better and more aligned with the actual position. Insurance is lacking as well as the information on using it. Negative surveys that were mistakenly left affect pay, even if it is confirmed the member made an error.
