Pros
I like working with Disc Jockeys Now. They treat me fairly and give me as much work as I can handle. I like the people and I enjoy working with the clients. It's not a lot of really high end events so the clients tend to be more down to earth and I like that. They treat me well.
Cons
No complaints really. It's work after all so it's not a gimme. I do earn what I make but it is fair to all involved.
