Some employees don't do much and they bring the team, efficiency and clients down but they are allowed to stay for several years. Hard workers are out the door quickly as they see no increase in pay or incentive for thier dedication. This is especially true when they do so much more than others. Upper management is cliquish and it shuts out others from advancing despite thier qualifications and proven skill. Those who try the hardest end up with the worst outcomes. Not recommended for those serious about growing thier career or staying with a company long-term. The pay alone will keep educated practitioners in the same circumstances as clients seeking vouchers and no overtime is allowed. The health insurance is insanely expensive especially for anything outside of a PCP.
