Pros

The idea to bring books back into circulation and revive old stories is a great community building venture. The common goal for passing on great books to a diversified world can induce a great work effort and ethical ethos.

Cons

The opportunities for growth are extremely limited and there is no compensation for extra duties added to your ‘plate’ and that includes position and title.
