      Ultimately one the worst professional experiences

      Pros

      Strong product development team - positive environment

      Cons

      No company vision or values statement Every one for themselves mentality (was not flown to meet team in main office - too expensive!) Not clear if company is primarily IT professional services or product (software) company Salesmen run an entire services team Many technology employees have legacy skills and are not encouraged to grow Many highly toxic, political environments Think really hard before you say yes to any offer. If you can, talk them into trying you out as an independent contractor instead.

      Management only interested in profits

      Pros

      I worked with a lot of great people in my time at DT. Company culture was great about 5 years ago.

      Cons

      A shift to heavily using sub-contractors and a purely profit based approach forced me to leave this company. Definitely a "good ol' boys" type of management structure. No female management. If you dont get hired to a billable position, realize you are a "temp".
