Smooth interview process overshadowed by poor management practices

Cons

Poor management. Management would routinely push for extra hours contrary to feedback from the family of the patient and RBT/BCBA on the case. Frequent BCBA resignations due to unfair policies. I was promised a raise for an agreed upon amount by a director upon obtaining my RBT certification. After obtaining the certification, the director intentionally avoided responding to me for multiple weeks until I provided a 2 week notice of resignation.

Great work life balance, good leadership team and active policy changes to fix operational issues!

Cons

Can be difficult to discharge clients… not a lot of autonomy when it comes to graduating.
