      Administration was more supportive compared to other schools and allowed more individual control and less micromanaging of your classroom.

      Teaching is a hard job.

      Great families and students. Cute facility.

      Poor management. Uneducated "teachers". Expectations are high for what teachers are expected to do, and with little to no assistance from principal.
