Sr. Leadership is solid. Majority of staff are nice and easy to work with. Leadership encourages staff to take a Sabbath.

You will be asked to wear many hats. The tech staff work most Sundays. Office staff occasionally are asked to work Sundays. Director level management tend to micromanage. Be prepared for a lot of last minute changes for the weekend & special events.
