No one lasts past 1-2 years as a therapist High turnover rates No work life balance No compassion for staff Management is a nightmare

They won't pay you. They did mass layoffs, out of nowhere, because their business is failing, because as many of these reviews already say - top leadership has no idea they are doing - and those people they laid off - they still owe thousands upon thousands of dollars to months later. More than 5 that I know of. Let that sink in, and consider if this is a job you should take.
