Pros

- Intelligent, motivated, hardworking, committed coworkers - Relaxed and professional culture with everyone focussed on making our software awesome - Product is powerful and full of potential - Get to write code and see it deployed nearly immediately - Get to learn about and use new technologies

Cons

- In the past two years development has become increasingly Waterfall style with tasks planned out months in advance. However the company appears to be preparing to change this and move to be more Agile. - Technical documentation is plentiful but hard to search, there is rarely a single source of truth, instead there are often multiple fragments one has to find and piece together
