      Left to your own devices. Allowed to take on projects as you see fit. Low-Stress environment. Acceptable wages.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities. Extremely high turnover rate for senior staff. Poor at exchanging necessary information. Absolutely no company culture makes for a boring place to work. Everyone is satisfied to come in, do their job and go home.
