Pros
I've been with Distinct for a few years now, the most positive thing about working here is the ongoing support from senior management and trust to 'Do the Right Thing'. I've worked in other recruitment agencies & Distinct is the best one so far.
Cons
At times there's been a lack of understanding with some consultants around how a couple of the sales incentives have worked, but that's it.

Flexible, No micro management, lovely offices, hybrid working offered, lots of training on offer to progress your career, Unlimited holidays, great perks and an amazing culture.
