      It’s about who you know, not what you know…

      Pros

      They have good salary pay but the commissions and bonuses are not so good!

      Cons

      No job security!! Every one who’s been there longer than 6 months is good friends with the CEO/VP’s. They let people go so frequently for no reason. There is no investigation process with HR to explain your side, you will just be terminated if the complainant knows someone important.

      Pros

      Unfortunately, I can not think of any pros regarding this company. The pay roll department is very bad, they can not process checks.

      Cons

      They have the worst payroll system I have ever seen. All the checks I received were incorrect. I have been working for over 30 years and have never had a problem with my pay checks. This company messed up 10 out of 12 checks. It was very aggravating. They could NOT coordinate with the parent company to get the pay check correct. In addition they made their own internal errors to the pay check. It was a disaster. After the 10th pay check was messed up I could not take it any longer.
