      You will find a couple of positive people working there.

      My experience from the school I worked for: No Structure No Support They don’t care about the kids (they are only a number) Hostile Work Environment Management believes in divide and conquer Be careful working here

      Pros

      Students who show up daily for love, acknowledgement and learning. Colleagues who share the same passion as you for the work necessary to give each student what they deserve.

      Cons

      Nepotism, too many workplace romances that affected everything. LOW SALARIES, Leadership not qualified/no credentials.
