Pros

Fast hire. Apply & interview in the same day , the next day you drug test & get hired. But expect to be In there office alday. If you need a job & are willing to do anything , this is the way to go.

Cons

Your better off applying with Ross than going in with Dmsi. You get paid to little for the amount of work you have to do. They don't care are your health they just want to meet a quota. There's no time for growth in this company. People will steal from you to .. It's very competitive please to work.

FEAR MANAGEMENT

Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive about DMSI. It is a text book example of Fear Management, Harassing and Berating of Employees.

Cons

I had the unfortunate pleasure of working at DMSI. It is by far one of the worst examples of how American Business should be run in this country. The unions should be after DMSI, because of how they treat their management team and their so called employees. Actually, unless you are a manager of some sort, "You Will Be a Staffed Employee". The VP of Operations and the Director of HR will feed you with the "were like a family here", we have people who have worked here for 20 years. I can tell you why, they have no other place to go. The so called managers hate the company and are stuck with no education. There is no future at DMSI, so I would pass on this unless you have no other place to go. This place is like a roach motel, you check in and you never check out. They will work you 70 hours and week, which will leave you no opportunity to look for another position. Attention to all managers, you will be let go with in a 2 year time period. Fear management runs this place like wild fire, and the HomeGoods account manager is the king of verbally abusing any and everyone. He is actually prompted by the VP of Operations, who actually stated that he is the hand that controls everything that goes on in this building. The harassing and berating of employees starts from the top down, so BEWARE!

Pros

I got paid every week, that is the only pro for working here.

Cons

This place is a total craphole. It is hell on earth. I was working 70 hours a week, walking probably 7 miles a night. We worked 12-14 hour days. Got no respect from anyone in upper management. Worked our butts off for them and still got a that's not good enough out of them.
