What Ditch the Label does for young people matters deeply to me. It is wonderful to see that young people's voices are listened to and heard first. I am also surrounded by kind and supportive colleagues, and this makes it a real pleasure to be part of this team.

An ambitious charity with a dedication to delivering impact and supporting young people. The culture is collaborative and inclusive, everyone has a voice, and you can see the difference the work makes in young people's lives. Management and colleagues are fair and supportive, they invest in your development, give you opportunities to grow, and care about employee wellbeing. I've also been well equipped with training opportunities, technology and anything you need to thrive in your role. I'm proud to work for Ditch the Label and genuinely love coming into work alongside such a passionate, purpose driven team.

I had a fantastic experience working at Ditch the Label, among a great team with fantastic values and ethos and flexible working options. I loved being part of a group of people who really wanted the best for today's young people. I would recommend Ditch the Label to anyone wanting to work for an organisation who cares, and to young people looking for support.

Cons

There was a focus on HR processes that didn't feel particularly person centred.
