Pros

I can't find any pros working in this company. I used to wake up crying that everyday I have to work in this toxic company.

Cons

I joined this company seeing good reviews and the growth of the company. First few days were decent but slowly I realised I have made the biggest mistake of my life. The management have people within your team constantly monitoring you. You cannot talk to anyone in your own team because they are given the task to monitor your performance. The management is so incompetent that they do not have the guts to talk to you directly. The management themselves indulge in gossips which itself is an evidence of how toxic it is to work at Ditto. They would entice you by saying it is a work from home opportunity but they constantly monitor you. It felt like I was working in a jail. After few months of working here, I am so disappointed and demotivated that I cry myself to sleep. Please DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE OF JOINING THIS COMPANY.

Pros

1. The company’s mission, bridging the gap between clients and insurers, is genuinely meaningful and much needed in the industry. 2. You’ll learn a lot very quickly because you’re forced to figure things out on your own. It’s a crash course in self-reliance, though not by design. 3. The team consists of some genuinely hardworking people who are doing their best despite the lack of structure and support.

Cons

1. Absolutely no proper training modules or documentation. You’re thrown straight into work with zero structured guidance, which is chaotic and overwhelming. 2. Extremely long working hours, 54 hours per week, with no signs of change. Forget work-life balance. 3. Leave policies are restrictive and unreasonable. For months at a time, employees are told they can only take medical leaves. Basic earned leaves feel like a privilege. 4. Rampant micromanagement across every level, from seniors to founders. There’s no trust in employees, only constant monitoring and interference. 5. Founders appear kind and visionary on social media but are completely disconnected from employee realities. They enforce unrealistic expectations and make constant changes with no understanding of the pressure it causes. 6. Managers rarely take ownership. They only step in when things go wrong and then blame their teams instead of leading from the front. 7. Toxic top-down culture, founders act like untouchable authorities, prioritizing profits over employee well-being. 8. Internal processes are messy, slow, and inefficient due to constant interference and lack of proper systems. 9. No fixed weekly offs. They rotate every week, making it impossible to plan personal time or maintain any work-life balance. 10. Employees are often asked to work even during their designated week-offs. 11. Pointless, time-wasting meetings are conducted frequently with no productive outcomes. 12. Changes are introduced almost daily, creating chaos and confusion. There’s no breathing room to adapt before something new comes in. 13. Taking time off is stressful because there’s no backup support. You return to a mountain of work that completely negates the purpose of the break. 14. Overall, there’s no structure, no peace of mind, and no real support for employees.

Pros

Working at Ditto as an insurance advisor has been a highly disappointing experience. Despite the official 9-hour working hours, the company expects employees to read and prepare material in their personal time. This additional burden, combined with the lack of a proper two-day weekend off, makes for an incredibly exhausting schedule. The workload here is extraordinary, to say the least. The management's expectations are unrealistic, and the environment is toxic. There is no regard for work-life balance, and the constant pressure takes a severe toll on one's mental and physical health. If you're looking for a company that values its employees and promotes a healthy work-life balance, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Ditto is not the place for you.
