* mansplaining, men-driven company with a lot of internal politics similar to Mad Men;
* no real HR to support employees that are raising doubts & questions about misbehaviours;
* very small, one would say, symbolic paid leave on B2B - just to say they have it;
* very small, marginal benefit system;
* huge attrition rate;
* no diversity, inclusion & respectful policies - transphobic etc. jokes;
* there is a lot of turbulent changes going on and they are rarely consulted with people who actually do the job
* the c-board is very big, a lot of people on the top, who don't really respect everyday employees (who at the end of the day earn money in a software house)
* the underperforming employes seem to be treated better when they leave than the ones who were good performers - they get paid for not doing the work, while you need to be there till the last day of your notice period
* the feeling of being used till your last breath is very strong;
* hiring friends for high positions is a common practice
