If you value a healthy work environment, avoid this company at all costs. I was consistently meeting deadlines, exceeding performance expectations, and fulfilling every requirement asked of me. Despite my proven track record, I was unfairly terminated without valid reasoning. The biggest issue is the constant micromanaging where you feel like you can’t do anything right. There are far better companies that will appreciate your work instead of undermining and micromanaging it into oblivion.

Management could be better. Could be better organized.
