Pros

Good pay and more vacation days than required by law

Cons

Divelement used to be a great place to work. The benefits were better than the legal requirements, and there was schedule flexibility to handle personal matters. There was no micro-management, and employees were recognized for their good work. The work environment was excellent. However, from the beginning of this year until now, the company has taken a complete turn in the opposite direction. The way the Head of Operations and the COO speak to employees is deplorable. They use a condescending tone that makes you feel worthless in the company. Their approach to handling situations is terrible. Additionally, their support in the operations area is non-existent, which has been a significant cause of many projects failing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry that your experience did not measure up to our expectations and what we strive for as a company. I am also sorry that you felt like a number. I take pride in knowing who every single one of our employees is, and your feedback does not measure up to the expectations that I set for myself. As a small, and rapidly growing company, I know that we aren't always perfect and we work every day to try and be better than we were yesterday. We have implemented KPIs, and OKRs to help track company initiatives and also to help show the company vision and the direction that we are heading. As a former employee I wish you all the best in your career, and I hope you were able to find what you were looking for. Always feel free to reach out if I can help with anything. You can email me at eddie@divelement.io. All my best, -Eddie Hudson - CEO

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry that that is your experience. We work hard to create an environment where our employees feel valued and we strive to provide a competitive compensation package. Our current compensation package includes competitive benefits and that includes profit sharing. For current employees of the company last year's profit sharing will be released on the same schedule that we have released it since we started the company. We are happy to clarify your benefits package if there are any questions that you have. I also apologize that you feel like we did not provide you equipment fast enough, or that you don't feel like part of the team. I would ask that you reach out to me directly, or via email or with the people operations team so that we can resolve these issues to make sure you feel like we value your contribution. We are always around to talk through this and we want to solve this together. Best, -Eddie Hudson CEO
