I am also sorry that you felt like a number. I take pride in knowing who every single one of our employees is, and your feedback does not measure up to the expectations that I set for myself. As a small, and rapidly growing company, I know that we aren't always perfect and we work every day to try and be better than we were yesterday. We work hard to create an environment where our employees feel valued and we strive to provide a competitive compensation package. Our current compensation package includes competitive benefits and that includes profit sharing. For current employees of the company last year's profit sharing will be released on the same schedule that we have released it since we started the company. We are happy to clarify your benefits package if there are any questions that you have. I also apologize that you feel like we did not provide you equipment fast enough, or that you don't feel like part of the team.
