Pros

Not really any. I feel sorry for the newcomers.

Cons

This place is a nightmare to work at. They underpay you while piling on way more work than one person can handle. There’s no work-life balance. Management doesn’t care about your time, only what they can squeeze out of you. The culture is toxic. Harassment gets ignored, and management constantly talks down to employees, belittling and undermining them. There’s no teamwork, and if you ask for help, you’ll probably just get an eye-roll or be told to “figure it out yourself.” Speaking of that, there’s little to no training, yet they expect you to magically know everything. Oh, and they also push you to get certified on your own time and dime, not to help you grow, but so they can use your credentials—without giving you a raise. And if you see any good reviews? Don’t believe them. They’re mostly from management or their family members that already work there, trying to make the place look better than it is. The stress is ridiculous—you’ll have plenty of "drop everything and walk away" moments just to keep your sanity. Bottom line? If you have other options, take them. You deserve way better than this place.

Pros

Great experience so far. The teams are supportive, and always willing to help and provide insight, especially consulting. For a smaller company, the client base is huge and there's a variety of different things to work on. Great for exploring different areas and figuring out what to specialize in.

Cons

Always learning something new, which might not suit everyone, but for those who enjoy continuous growth, it’s great.
