Work/ Life Balance hardworking finance , digital & ops team

Cons

Cliques dominate decisions around the business. no performance based awards or recognition, which means reputations are based on who you are friends with & not on your hard work. ‘salespeople who think they are amazing but aren’t hitting targets. Middle management is the real problem.

Brilliant colleagues, a family business with family values. I always felt at home here. Fantastic work life balance!

Cons

I felt this company lacked direction, as they can be unsupportive and badly manage you when it comes to career progression and empowering you in general. A lot of outdated protocols and internal conflicts never resolved, stingy perks & below standard salaries. Also a very high turnover as leadership team is unstable and not forward thinking with implementing the latest and greatest HR strategies with staff retention. A lot of staff have left for competitor companies which offer more!
