      Great benefits End of year bonus

      Cons

      Management doesn't move fast enough to take care of work conflicts. Management plays favorites with select employees. Management does not listen to ways on how to improve from employees to make operations run faster and smoother.

      Pros

      Twins game in August for free and can bring a guest. Mind you this is once a year, so if you only want to enjoy working at a company once a year, work here!

      Cons

      Micromanagement, along with no hands on training is a sticky place to be. President of the company, David Stascavage, only will respect you if you sell anything - does not respect you on bad days, is very arrrogant, has no self awareness and may accidently call you fat. There is no HR - they gave the title of HR and IT and CFO to one person - who is his long lost work bestie. It is not a safe place for good mental health, open minds, or respect for others. You sit in your cubicle in pure silence - people rarely talk to each other.
