Work environment is not good, big egos, no transparency among employees, clicky, underpaid, unfair pay across the office, nasty producers, Dii Team 2.0 Manager is not a good person overall, she will take a normal conversation and twist it into making you feel guilty for not being able to work past your shift. Revolving door of employees, miserable employees that bring you down, management are a bunch of snakes and they lie to employees.

They pride themselves on having Core values but when it comes to actually putting them into action it's all words and no action. They hire outside firms to try and tell them how to do business and it's actually been detrimental to the attitudes and the way the company operates. They waste your time with you addressing problems and then never seem to fix them or come up with a solution for them. CEO is out of touch with his employees and when asked for a reasoning behind something hides behind HR and other departments. Senior Vice President is worried about what is written on Glassdoor that he will call other employees to post positive reviews so that it does not look like a toxic place to work. Cannot have confidence in any co-worker because they will end up running to your manager or HR to state what you have said. This is a toxic culture that has been promoted by the CEO and leadership. Do not believe them when they tell you there is low turnover, there is nothing but high turnover due to lack of leadership, toxic culture, and unethical employees.
