Run away, crazy management that has a very negative vibe to it. You will be depressed working here, run away. $11/hr for an entry level lab tech is ridiculous.
A lot of stuff to learn, to do. The job keeps you busy all the time. Very nice hard-working people to work with. Small team with a lot of opportunities.
Cons
Chemical lab always has some vaporized chemicals in the air. Really fast pace working environment. with long working hours. Short and late lunch break. You have to work more than 6 years or so to get good benefits.
