They expect a lot of unpaid overtime. But they won't tell you that they expect it - instead they will tell you that if you were better at getting everything done while you were in the office (which is impossible), you wouldn't have that problem. With an understaffed office after half the others quit, for several weeks I was putting in an average of about 70 hours a week for about $23,000 a year and when I asked for more compensation, I was told that I had yet to prove myself. And they don't understand why they have such "problem" employees - tons of turnover, but its an employee problem, not a management problem. HA. The three guys in charge are buddies who take an underhandedly adverserial approach to their employees. Randomly calling you into their offices to ask you for dirt on your coworkers. Calling weekly meetings to berate everyone for not doing good enough. Five days off a year for both sick time and vacation. Five days off a year and horrible pay for working way too many hours. Feedback isn't listened to unless its something they want to hear. They are extremely out of touch and they don't care. They can just hire someone else to torture until they can't take it anymore.
