Recruiters lied about everything, make sure it's written in your offer letter
Pros
The town is a nice small town with lots of food options. Hotels are a hit or miss. If you make it past the first month without being terminated the pay is good.
Cons
Incompetent management, payroll seems to always be inaccurate, unsafe equipment, no organized training program, lack of daily information to name just a few. There is no type of transportation avalable. No uber, lyft or cab services. No regular shuttle to the market or to do laundry, and nobody cares if your basic needs are being met. You will sleep in a company paid hotel with urine and blood stained mattresses, be eaten by pests or you will live in the Hub in what feels like a 5x10 closet with a shower only a child could fit into. Managment lacks leadership, organization, integrity, and accountability.
