This job provided me with the opportunity to work with a wide range of diverse individuals. The company also provides ongoing training for employees at all levels that teaches skills beneficial to overall company goals, but also general life skills.
Cons
Although I think the company's leadership has good intentions, they are understaffed and disorganized, which leads to a high turnover rate and low overall employee-loyalty and engagement.
