Pros

There are no pros to working at DiversyFund. Do not be fooled by what you are told in an interview with the CEO, Craig Cecilio.

Cons

There are so many cons to working at DiversyFund. DiversyFund is quickly crumbling because of the lack of training and transparency from Craig. Craig is unable and willing to train his employees because he does not have the resources or knowledge to do so. Craig has not created an office environment that is positive. A total boys club of the blind leading the blind. Employees quit left and right which left no faith in the new people. Don't walk, run away from this place.

Pros

Pros? That's laughable. There are absolutely no pros to working at Diversyfund. You don't gain experience, you don't gain knowledge, you gain nothing.

Cons

I will echo the last review and say the CEO is a complete nut job. He have an inferiority complex that is completely crippling to his company. He freaks out every 5th and 20th (Pay Day) and threaten to fire all of his employees. Everyone ask, "What does he do all day?" loudly without hesitation. People ask, "What does he do all day." Answer: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Well, I take that back. He performs the following functions: Hovers behind employees and watch them work (made us feel completely paranoid) Talk about himself and his fitness Puts down people right in front of them Paces around the office until someone talks to him Negotiates your contract and then renegotiates your contract a month later if he's having a rough month

Sorry to hear you had a negative experience at Craig's old company, CCFG. I understand that it was a high-pressure sales environment in a tough industry where many sales employees were not able to make as much as they hoped if they were not able to consistently bring in revenue. FYI, CCFG closed in 2016 in preparation for the new real estate development firm and equity crowdfunding platform that Craig and I incorporated in Delaware on August 18, 2016. We are very proud of the new company we've built and the many milestones its reached this past year, including paying a full 18% per year on our recent Balboa Avenue project. I wish you nothing but the best in your career.

Pros

Nice contemporary workspace. Nice coworkers.

Cons

The "CEO" of this company, Craig Cecilio, is a total nightmare. He'll lie about how much money you'll make by lying about how well the company's doing, and by going back on his word when paying your bonuses (the turnover there was HORRENDOUS). He would have frequent and extreme mood swings, and was constantly changing the direction of the whole company on a whim. I'm pretty sure he has no idea what he's doing, and is totally just winging it. I feel sorry for the management, and anyone else who gets duped by Craig into working there in the future. Beware!!
