      Finding Passion & Purpose by Eliminating Waste & Decarbonizing Fuel

      Pros

      The value proposition is outstanding. Working to eliminate waste (huge problem) and create decarbonized energy (another huge problem) gives me confidence not only in our business and growth trajectory, but also gives me purpose in what I'm doing, day in and day out! Also, there are no pretenses. The entire team is aligned toward achieving our vision. Further our level of talent makes me continuously strive to perform at a higher level. Tremendous flexibility. My work life balance since joining Divert has improved immensely. Outstanding benefits.

      Cons

      Though I view this as a positive, we are in high growth mode. Accordingly, I don't think this organization is for everyone. If you're looking to show up and check the box, Divert isn't for you. But, if you want to be lifted by our mission and vision, continue growing professionally as the company scales, and perform at a high level - you will love working here. Because we're in high growth mode things (priorities, processes, etc.) are subject to change. This also requires people who are adaptable.

      Cons

      - Some management practices are not yet set up, but they are working on them. If you like being part of building a business, this is a great opportunity.
