Pros
For the most part it's an easy going job, it's fairly laid back a lot of the time, you can have some fun with it. Good potential for earning extra depending on sales.
Cons
The company has a high staff turn over. It's very much focused on targets and sales. Its retail so obviously you have to deal with customers but it can be difficult at times
