No pros, mentally harassing company. In this company not a single person is proud to work here.

I have worked more than a year, I can not take their torture any more. such a disgusting company, you even feel like quit job for ever. management is even worst. Always they try to contact offline with employees so that they don't have proof for what they do and try to convince(blackmail them on the name of performance appraisal) to work on Saturdays and long-hours no comp off they make you work for granted ... they have no ethics.. HR is even worst so dumb, and hr is a puppet for management, best part is everyone in the company hates to work here. few talented and hardworking people are still stick to this company because either they have poor communication skills or they don't have enough skill set as per market needs... and not daring to move out from there because of them only this company is still alive.. once they move from this place this company can not survive. very less pay, even I got to know many interesting torturing stories from senior employees who works from past 4 -5 years they said, one of the director of the company used to take personal grudges on the employee who dares to move on from the company and who resigns. I myself heard many true stories that they mentally blackmail people who looks out for job, and they make sure they face worst situations while leaving the company.
