Pros
The staff is somewhat friendly and they have events such as company parties and birthday announcements. If you love overtime there is plenty of it. There is a diverse customer base for the tech support team to learn from and help develop themselves.
Cons
The management staff is like talking to a brickwall. Being on-call is over the top you will not have a personal life with this job. After learning your role you will be bombarded with other roles with 1-2 hours of training. The HR seems to care and be there for you but they too are like the management staff and could care less about their employees. After working with the company for a couple years I saw the entire staff of sales employees terminated or quit. The technical support staff has no teamwork. I come from other tech support roles and compared to this team they're all about individual work. If you go to a co-worker for help they will give you an attitude, if you talk to your boss about it that does not resolve the issue. There are several more things I could name but my advice for anyone with a family and personal life looking to work in tech support is to stay away from this place!
