Customer Service - Team works hard to make sure clients are satisfied to keep attrition low. Clients have a voice into product direction and development. Company - the team is great. very encouraging. Lots of team building events and planning for success meetings. Turnover is low. Lots of opportunity for personal growth. Employees have a voice. They invest in their employees personal growth and training. Everyone holds their weight and works hard. I think it's a great place to work.
