      I'm afraid there are no Pros to add. Just a negative energy.

      Cons

      They allow for no personal growth. Very unorganized from the top. Leads to issues in other departments. Family owned in which means there can be a since of nepotism that happens from the top members.

      Pros

      There are no pros. Creativity is suffocated and the company speaks of as a family but they do not treat people like a family. Very elitist atmosphere.

      Cons

      Upper management can not manage. Disorganized outfit except the accounting dept. creativity is suffocated and no no innovative ideas come from anywhere in the company.

      The location has a lady with a cart that sells the best tamales I’ve had in years.

      Cons

      Extremely shady business practices. Penny pinching. Mean girls for managers. No room for growth unless you sellout.
