Cons
-- The turnover at DocNetwork was massive and people ops at the time celebrated it as normal. Sales team was expanded drastically one summer to sell a product that didn't work and within a year and a half most were gone. -- Like others have mentioned there is no vision from leadership. -- DocNetwork likes to highlight how good their benefits are. They aren't good benefits. Just benefits, and most you don't have access to until X amount of time spent at the company. -- The team you are on will determine your experience at DocNetwork. -- There is little to no growth opportunities. -- Salary is below average.
